Cancellation Policy

 

To ensure our service guarantee to existing clients who may wait for a booking with us, Corporate Calm will charge the full price of the package for any cancellations made within 2 working days of the booking date.

 

Payment Policy

 

Details of our service fees are provided in our letter of agreement and payment is to be made within 14 days of the date of services and invoice provided by Corporate Calm.
Payment can be made by BACS or cheque.

 

Please ensure you use our invoice number as a reference.
